Fuel The Flame

“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

Fuel the Flame will be a time where we open the studio to community prayer and worship for the purpose of encouraging a continual reliance on the Lord as our source. We cannot not simply do for God and not be with God, that is religion. We are called to a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. We must take time to fuel our flame, lest it go out. Our flame is our faith and it must be constantly fueled by the ONE who sparked it.

In partnership with Providence Community Church (www.theprovidencecommunity.org) we want to cast a vision for prayer to be a natural occurrence enveloping everything we do. We want to see people more comfortable in the realm of prayer and more dependent on its reality.

Most of all we will learn about prayer by praying. Not in a structured way, but in a free way where we will be inviting the Holy Spirit of God to move in us and teach us. So welcome the well acquainted with prayer, the unsure or uncomfortable, and even the skeptic of prayer. If you want to want to hunger and thirst for the things of God please come investigate how vital is the role of prayer. Our goal is to cultivate hearts that feed on the importance of meeting with God through prayer. Prayer is the medium in which we remember who God is and who we are not. Come and be surprised that the more time you spend with God in prayer, the more you’ll desire it.
